Shipping And Handling
There is a delivery charge of £10.00 on every order.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery times vary from the next day to usually within 10 days. All orders should be completed within 30 days. Orders are dispatched from a local depot and we can normally deliver any day Monday to Friday that is convenient for you.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery may still incur a charge due to administration costs and manufacturers restocking charges.
In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty or damaged these will be collected & exchanged free of charge. Please check goods immediately upon arrival and notify us within three days of delivery.
Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.
Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking.
A 25% charge will apply in all cases unless it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.
Special order items will not be accepted for return.
